Attorney General Eric Holder withheld BATFE documents from Congress during their criminal investigation of Obama's Operation Fast and Furious related to the deaths of hundreds of Mexican Nationals and at last one Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry. Holder withheld these documents from Congress on direct orders from Obama.
But:
Obama claimed executive privilege in order to fortestall impeachment procedings until after the election, hoping to whitewash the affair.
Therefore:
Obama committed Obstruction of Justice which is an impeachment level offense.

Boehner confirms Holder contempt vote over 'Fast and Furious'
WASHINGTON -- House Speaker John A. Boehner confirmed Wednesday that the House will vote on whether Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. is to be ruled in contempt of Congress for his role in the "Fast and Furious" gun-running program, and his refusal to share some documents with House
