Attorney General Eric Holder withheld BATFE documents from Congress during their criminal investigation of Obama's Operation Fast and Furious related to the deaths of hundreds of Mexican Nationals and at last one Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry. Obama claimed executive privilege in order to fortestall impeachment procedings until after the election, hoping to whitewash the affair.
Obama committed Obstruction of Justice which is an impeachment level offense.
