love dogs... "they are man best friend"
My dogs have been my friends and companions. They are non judgemental and love me for who I am not what they want me to be.For me, Hes so cute! He always wants to lay by me.He comes to lay by me when I cry or am sad, its like he knows.Hes loves swimming and putting his head under water.. its really cute.He loves playing ball. And lastly, he is very loyal and sweet!
This is a hard question for me . Dogs , horses and cats have them all and love them all . Even had a couple Alpine goats that were wonderful pets .As a child I had a pony named POGO . He and I were team I still think of him every time I see a pony . What joy he brought to me . I told him all my secrets and dreams little does he know he made some of them come true . I have a wonderful dog he's a Norwegian Elkhound and while I have had many Elkhounds he is the best dog I have ever had . He is without a doubt loyal to the end we share a bond like I have never had with another dog . I had a wonderful Morgan gelding he was my friend and teacher . I credit him with making me the horse woman I am today . He took care of me in some pretty hairy situations never let me down . He was as we say in the horse world my once in a life time horse . I love and miss him just as much today as I did the day he died . All of my animals hold a special place in my heart and have enriched my life . I have been lucky for all the wonderful animals I have and have had in my life .
Although my boy cat, The Boo, will always hold a very special place in my heart, Emmy, my black Domestic Short Hair cat is really my best friend. We have shared each other's lives for over 10 years now and we can read each other like a book. She is my joy and has cooed over me when I cried, pounced on me when I needed a wake-up call and lavished me with love and affection. She is funny, a complete goof ball and always cheers me up. She is smart and sassy and keeps me on my toes. She is my touchstone, grounding me and keeping my priorities in line. She is my furry child.
Mine is the Australian Cattle Dog. They are so cool that I own four of them and started a website dedicated to the breed. Click here for a great source of information regarding the Australian Cattle Dog.
