Donna, I'm not sure I understand your question.

Do you want to view the catalog of free publications? You can do that online at www.pueblo.gsa.gov.

I believe the website has been experiencing problems so it may not come up right away; so if you cannot immediately get into the site, just try again later.

You can also try www.info.gov; you may be able to use that site as a back door into the pueblo site. If not, there is an 800 number you can call with questions.
