The way I always remember it: A human is 9 months, a cat is 9 weeks.

Therefore, if you suspect the cat got pregnant 7 weeks ago and she's not showing, then she's probably not pregnant, because she should look, in human terms, 7 months pregnant.

 It's an oversimplification, sure, but it helps me, and maybe it will help you!

60 to 69 days.  An experienced person will be able to feel the pregnant uterus at about day 16 of pregnancy. At this time the uterus will feel like a string of pearls. After the 20th day of pregnancy one can easily feel the fetuses in a relaxed queen.
