Take a look at this article which gives an interesting explanation regarding the reasons for the difficulty in starting the engine plus an explanation of what to do.

Good luck.

There isn't too much to do besides warming it up somehow. The article Sergey gave will give you an idea or two.

What goes around comes around

we need to know what kind & year car it is. if it is a newer car and rolls over ok posobility its the tempiture senser. this senser sends a signiel to the computer and sort of works like a chock for cold start ups

If your engine does not turn over or attempt to start at all,  then get a battery with a higher starting amperage.  Your battery may not have enough juice to kick it over.   If the engine turns but it just does not start then refer to the gentleman's article at the top of the page.

First of all you should use 5w30 oil in the winter. If you have fuil injection   do not touch the cas pedal If that does not work i now it sounds weird but try holding the gas pedal to the floor and then try cracking the engine over again

I hate to say it, but you're in for a tune up.  DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING DIESEL STARTING FLUID!  That is monoethyl ether.  Where diesel engines take such abuse in stride, your gas engine will blow up on you.

Failing that, the air cleaner on all cars sold in the United States has a "dimple" in the top of the filter.  It holds anout an ounce of gasoline.  Do not remove the wing nut on the top of the filter housing.  Pour in enough gas to drain SLOWLY through the hole and then start.

Failing that, call AAA.

Loaded for bear and looking for trouble.

I would consider buying a new car.  Try looking into electric cars .  If that doesnt work, look into hybrids.

it sounds liike a bad battery it can be battery problem. If the car is new call the dealer and concern its problem. 2years ago there was same problem with my used motorhomes
