I was trying to find out where Shakespeare was between 1609 and 1611 and in doing so, I found out some info for you.  Here it is, tho it does not state the cause..... Shakespeare's son who died was actually named Hamnet (not Hamlet), and he died on August 11, 1596 at the age of 11. His twin sister Judith survived, and went on to live until age 77.
