First of all, go into a nursing home and see what facilities and items they use to keep their elderly happy.  I would think that you need a full time Doctor and nurse on staff.  You would need an activities director on staff, you would need an accountant on staff, you would need employees to help with the elderly that you have in your day care.  There would have to be a place where one can lie down to rest if one gets tired.  Someone needs to change a diaper if necessary.  There is ALOT to think about if you so choose to open a day care for the elderly.  I applaud YOU!!  God Bless YOU, and I wish you alot of luck.             BLESSINGS

What comes around, goes around, full circle. Love your neighbor as you love yourself. It'll all fall into place. This too shall pass. I'm too Blessed to be stressed.

I would tour some local senior homes and see what kind of facilities they have set up, and talk with the staff.  I dont know what the business requirements are, but here are some tips for any home with seniors or elderly people to make the home safe and comfortable: http://www.medicalhomealert.com/195/must-haves-for-a-mature-household.  You should also consider having a medical alert system for each person in the home in case they need to summon 911 emergency help.

You should consider some helpful facts when you are planning to start your own home care service. You must be knowledgeable enough on how to take care of your patients.
