Why are you so careless with your language?

Why are you people so careless with your own language?  Why do you want the dirty politics I left behind in Kiev?  I spend a year and half learning American English before I come here. 

I think I do okay.  I listen how you Americans speak your language.  British people are worse than Americans.  If I wrote Russian as sloppy as you do Americans I never have graduated.

I like it here.  I wish you would realize how good you have it instead of cursing little things are wrong.  You make too much of that.

The Russian community in Seattle it is friendly, but when I see your leftists wear purple hair chant for Lenin I have to wonder what they having been inject.  If you came from where I did you would know how good it is and you would want to make it more free not more captive.

Vasili Korsakov -- How refreshing to read your question.  First, welcome to America.  Unfortunately, some Americans do not understand what they have here. And the leftist, well, all they do is complain, complain, complain.  They need to move to another country to understand how good they have it here. And if they get their way, it won't be good living here anymore.

Don't let them bother you.  Enjoy America because not everyone is a leftist.

Imagine how rough it was to come here in the 1600's when even the Titantic sunk in 1912.

Immigrants are spoiled today they push the old US workers into the street, take our jobs, and leach off SSI etc. We had a shortage of good jobs before this economic mess thats why millions of US workers have been struggling since the late 1980's.

Welcome to America, Vasili. 

Indeed we do have a wonderful country here.  I went to Liberia, during their "recent unpleasantness."  I found out how unpleasant people can be.  Just to see what children endure in places like that tells me what hell is -- and why hell is necessary. 

I am at a loss as to why we Americans are so sloppy with the language.  It is one matter that we come to it suddenly and have not mastered this tricky means of communication, but we can get our meaning across even with a basic understanding.  I'm sure your Russian is infinitely better than mine.

I'm sure you have a tale to relate.  Please consider yourself at home on AOL Answers.
