Cardiff Cove?

Good morning. I'm moving to the San Diego area from the East Coast, a relative of mine is offering one of her condos for sale to me. It is in Cardiff Cove, right by San Elijo Lagoon. I understand this is a very nice area. I believe it is on Cape Sebastian Place/Street. Is this a good place? Thank you.
