Autozone.com has a detailed explanition in the repair info section.  However, if you don't align the Camshaft with the crankshaft position properly, you can cause severe damage.  If the belt broke while the engine was running, you probably will need to remove the head and check for bent valves, damaged pistons etc.

The Library is a good answer. Also make sure you have all the right tools, a towing services' number, and a good repair shop for when you screw it up. This isn't a do-it-yourself unless you know what you're doing.

 My county library's web site has an auto repair data base that I can access from home with my library card number. Try yours.
