My car Has 50000 miles can I switch to synthetic. Also I only put 8500 miles a year on my car is that good for synthetic

Sure can

I suggest ful synthetic oil especially if you ave a turbo (more expensive but last longer 5,000Km and less impacted by temperatures changes)

Full synthec will also enable you to avoid pluging your car in the winter

Pensoil has a decent price and excellent oil

Always change ou filter when changng your oil
