tony    if this is a new car dealer and he is transfering a new car to his stock from another dealer of the same franchise it is still anew car.

if he is buying a new car or a used car from outside sources it is now a used car and must be sold that way

Car dealers frequently buy and sell new autos from each other at the wholesale (the actual dealer cost from the manufacturer) price. I once looked at a car at dealer A, but we couldn't agree on a price so Iwent to dealer B looking for the same car. He didn't have the same car (it was a chevy impala) but he agreed with the price I had proposed so he bought the car from dealer A and sold it to me. I was amazed but he told me it happens because some dealers have less overhead and can sell for less. Once you know what you want, shop the deal, it can pay off in a savings to you.

"I've heard you're a low down yankee liar!"
