As we all know, the most certain ways to cause rain are cloud seeding, explosive laden rockets, and hosting a charity car wash.  There are other less reliable methods, such as holding a weekend swap meet or a picnic, but the best proven way to break a decades-long drought is to wash a car.

However, the recent influx of cheaply made and short lived micro cars has made it easier than ever to find an old clunker in someone's driveway and offer to wash it.  After all, that ten year old clunker still has 100,000 miles left in it and that new fuel efficient hypothyroid roller skate was built specifically to die at the end of 30,000 miles.

As to specific makes.  The Soviet Union fell because we saw to their economic demise.  In retaliation, they foisted off Yugos on us.

That sort of escalation demands an immediate retaliation . . ..
