My car motor was running for more than 4 hours in a parking lot, what is the future concern about that situation

What I would do is add "Chevron Techron Concentrate Plus Fuel System Cleaner" to help clean out injectors, plugs and carbon in engine from the long period of engine idling... then take the car out for a blast on the highway for a 1/2 or more.

 

Yeah, that is definitely a concern. As for the car, unless it overheated, there's no cause for concern.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

I'd be more worried about why you parked your car and left it running. Maybe you should try AA.
