Discuss OronD's answer to: Why do car dealers not list sales price and say call for price

They want to talk to you (assuming that while talking to you, they'll find more about your needs and abilities and persuade you to buy a car from them [not necessarily the car that you initialy showed interest).   Besides they''ll always resuce the price during negotiaion.  If they just give the price you might not call them.
