Camp movie

i am trying to find the name of a movie i once saw. it was about summer camp. there was a little boy in it. i don't remember any particular actors in it. however, i do remember the little boy always saying "i hate bacon", "i hate eggs" and "over my dead body". anyone know what i am talking about?
