What kind of camera?


-$250 or less
- good review on the website dpreview
-point and shoot
- similar in LOOKs and SIZE to the PANASONIC LUMIX DMC-FH25K but better cuz that one broke
- most important: what it does. The best point and shoot I'm my price range 
-Has to be new sorry it's just I don't know cameras
-like 11 MP AND UP
-it gonna be for trips, events, etc
all of that is what i need and its gotta be the best for $250

Best Underwater camera for under $150?

I bought an Olympus waterproof camera that was refurbished for less than $150. I did a google search and found it. I have had no problems and they also offered an extended warranty from square trade.

How do I tack a thin cord (to my surveillance camera) under a metal

Rivets and construction adhesive come to mind. I just don't know about magnets. The soffit may be non-ferrous and/or the signal in the cable could be distorted by the magnet. There are also self-tapping sheet metal screws that could work.
