Idi Amin Dada was the president of Uganda, an African country, from 1971 until 1979.  Although he was unquestionably a butcher, I don't think any Cambodians were in Uganda at the time to become his victims.

Gratitude as a discipline involves a conscious choice.....* Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.*One of the widest gaps in human experience is the gap between what we say we want to be and our willingness to discipline ourselves to get there.

Pol Pot was the monster of Cambodia. He killed millions. No one has any kind of accurate count.
