Looking for cam

I have got an 1998 Cherolet K1500 with a list of bolt-ons. I am looking for a good cam that would give me more bottom-end and still work with the PCM. Have any good suggestions? My list of bolt-ons include K&N FIPK, Granatelli mass airflow sensor, BBK 80mm throttle body, MSD blaster coil, Hypertech Power Programmer, Edlebrock headers, cats are by-passed, and, Flowmaster extreme off-road 44s.
