There are a lot of variables in this question. First, I am not really sure what a turbo jam is. Variables would be the person weight and age. I could go on the treadmill and I know when I am pushing myself and when I am not. The treadmill offers a great deal of information, heart rate, calories burned, distance. I guess the question is what are you trying to accomplish? Are you looking for calorie induce activity or are you looking for better overall fitness. Are you counting calories with activity and food? My personal goal is to have my heart rate accelerated to above 120 beats per minute for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week. Do you have a personal goal? Most exercise should be atleast 20 minutes long. Please provide more information, and I could help you figure this one out.
