What is it called?

What is it called to be too set in our ways and may cause us to overlook simple solutions to problems or adhere to methods that are outdated? (The 'R' in GINMART also means this, but I can't find information about it anywhere) [added as of Jan 28, 10:40 EST - The word begins with R, I'm looking for the 'R' in GINMART]
