Discuss n's answer to: Where can I buy Jicami?

It will depend on where you live.  In the North, not all chains will carry that produce, but you can always ask the store manager to carry it, and many will.  It is one of the best root vegetables I've ever eaten.  All I know to do with it is serve it raw and in a salad. If there are other ways, I'd like to hear about them.
