I don't know the exact location, but I have managed to find it every year. It's down one of the little side alleyways off the main plazain the Old Port. Follow the alley and you will pass an entrance to a walled-in area with lots of little jewellery kiosks. The Crono Christophe Poly collection is not far from the entrance, across from a larger glass display case for another jewellery designer.
