If you want an inexpensive dress you shop at thrift or consignment stores, especially stores in rich areas. If you want a cheap dress you shop at the stupid websites the spammers like.

A lot of shops online.In my own opinion,if possible ,you may choose one with good quality. A good one can give u a different look and sense of fashion.
