Does anyone know how to start a radio talk show? any advice is greatly appreciated.

First you gotta sell your program idea,to a general manager of radio station, you can do this through personal contact, or e-mail stations, mail demos , or letters, and you gotta do this without giving up to much info. about your idea and remind them you think this is an opportunity for them to increase ther ratings.
