First you need to process some papers. Get an application at your Department of Consumer Affairs and submit it to Community Board for approval or disapproval. Also, obtain approval from the Department of Transportation together with your application and set of building plans. Then, submit the application to the Art Commission after you have been approved by the Department of Transportation. Inspection from the Department of Consumer Affairs will be needed, then after that, you can start your business.
