I need to know the Unpaid Principle Balance on 12-31-08 of a loan I made to the company I sold my business to.

Date of note: June 8, 2004

Original amount of note: 1,845,963.38

Maturity Date August 1, 2009 (Balloon 1.1 Mil)

Interest Rate: 6%

I received the 1st payment Aug 1, 2004 and all monthly payments(20K)have been made as agreed. The online amortization calculators that I have found online round off to the nearest penny and I need the exact amount. Any idea where I can get this info on the weekend?

I would imagaine that you had a business checking account and because of that you had established a  relashionship with your buisness banker. So the best place to go would be to your business banking institute and they will be able to do the calculation for you
