I meant more the techniques the builders use, have you ever noticed that when they cut boards, studs, plaster, sheet rock, etc., or drill  holes through building materials they always do it inside where the dust can get between the walls and the subfloors, the residue escapes out into the living environment for years.

All cutting, drilling, etc. should be done outside, or build all power hand tools and table saws with vacuum bagging systems.

But a decent air purifying system would also be beneficial.
