Can someone please give explanation of what Buddha is saying in this quote.. A good friend who points out mistakes and imperfections and rebukes evil is to be respected as if he reveals a secret of hidden treasure.
He is saying that a true friend would tell u what u need 2 hear, not what u want 2 hear. If more ppl did that then u would learn more about urself and others. Knowledge is like a hidden treasure. The truth is prized above everything, because knowledge is power, and truth is perfection.------hope this helps. =)
Thank you so much Sammy!
Ur very welcome! =)
