Brown spots on ivory halo dogwood

i purchased 9 ivory halo dogwood shrubs 1 week ago from a reputable garden store and have not planted them yet.  i watered them daily and i placed them under the drip line of my shed where they could get a little more water during the hot weather.  they now have brown edges & spots that are starting to form on the leaves.  is this a fungus or bacteria i should treat or should i return them to the nursery seller to get a refund or exchange??

   Hello.  I have the same problem with my ivory halo dogwoods.  I believe the problem is generally referred to as "leaf spot".  Google "ivory halo dogwood leaf spot" and several websites will be available with some good info.
