Bright red blood

It could be cancer of the colon.  If it keeps happening, you should see a doctor right away. Or you might have eaten something with sharp edges  that didn't get digested.  Keep an eye out and don't take chances with your health. 

You might have gotten food poisoning also.

hello Margie thanks for your answer its very much apreciated! I thought about coon cancer too and when I looked it up it said with colon cancer bleeding its a dark and sometimes tarey stool..I had forgot to mention that I took a colon cleanser called colon health from philips (Bayer) and at first I cramped really really bad and I would double over from it and then finaly the bowel movement came and it was so big it really hurt and was hard to get out then the brown watery stuff started and then the cramping was an all night thing hurt worse in differant postions I slept in on sides mainly hurt worse and then when I woke up I had the cramping and went to nthe bathroom and thought here we go again because nothing was comming out and then after sitting for a while it did and it was watery and when i wipped it was brite red and then when I looked in toilet it to was bright read and now all day today nothing has happened just cramping on and off and also my stomach along with my belly has been hurting.

I recently read up on constipation and learned that hard stool can damage the inside of the colon.  I think it sounds like you had hard stools.  But if it scratches the inside of your colon, I think it could get infected.  I think you should call your doctor and ask about this.  Also you should avoid getting constipated any more.  Chocolate does it for me!

And if you happened to have any antibiotics, I would take them if you're not going to call a doctor about it.  If you had an infection, the doctor would probably prescribe antibiotics for it.

I also lost a message to you :) but thanks again Margie..I do have some pen-veeK but im kinda affraid to take it due to my stomach hurting everytime I take anything with aspirin in it...should I call my doctor and ask her to call in somemething? Im just scared im sitting here doing nothing and bleeding to death or something

Surely, if you have a doctor, the right thing to do is consult with her/him. 

Don't let yourself get dehydrated.  even if you can't eat anything, drink a glass of water every hour.  Not too cold, maybe a little warmish so it doesn't cramp up your stomach.  Eat some mashed potatoes and maybe some canned fruit like peaches so you have some new food moving through.

Hi Margie.I havent done anything since this morning when i first got up out of bed. I just have had a few cramping bouts so I dont think I will have to worry about dehydrating but I have been drinking spring water..I have only ate a few little things today but I will do as you said and maybe try some potatoes and fruit thanks again
