Breaking up with girlfriend

Breaking up is not easy, her feelings will be hurt if she truly loves you. Just explain to her your reasons why you want to break up with her. I think honesty is the best policy here. Good luck wth you.

If a break-up is not mutual, someone will ALWAYS get hurt. I think it's a matter of how hurt she will be. My first boyfriend broke up with me in an email. I was devastated. I think that hurt more than it would have if he had done it to my face, as he showed me that he had no respect for me. So my suggestion, do it in person and keep it short and simple. You don't have to apologize for breaking up with her, but you do need to be honest. Occupy your mind with books, movies and people. Go out, go for a walk. Physical exercise is very good for stress. You need to go to counseling if you can't accept this breakup, because she has moved on and doesn't want to be with you. You need to bounce back and get out there and have fun, you are so young and you have your whole life ahead of you.
