If people are thinking it, it's because he is giving them reason to believe it.

If he thinks nothing of it , then he thinks nothing of you.

You need to find out just where you stands in that relationship, cause right now it sounds to me that you are one of his toys that he enjoys playing with alone with the rest of his toys.
