Where does the Boy Scout troop patch go on the uniform shirt?

Does anyone know how far below the shoulder seam  the troop numbers go on a Boy Scout uniform?  I can't find the answer, even on the Boy Scout website. Thanks in advance.

There are certain rules about how and where the uniform should be worn. There is a correct place on the uniform for each badge and insignia. The National Cub Scout Committee, made up of volunteer Scouters around the country, has the responsibility of setting the standards for the Cub Scouting uniforms. No changes or alterations in the uniform or badges may be made without its approval.

All Cub Scout leaders should become familiar with the rules and regulations on uniforming so they can set a good example for the boys. (See Uniform Rules and Regulations)

Hope this helps but it is in PDF  Format.  It is the most technical page I have found so far http://www.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/34283.pdf

Good Luck!

Thank you, LMarie for this file. Although it doesn't tell the distance from the shoulder seam for the patches to be placed, I appreciate your response.

Where do patches go on a boy scout uniform? I need a picture.

The patch on the boyscout uniform should go on the left sleve and about three inches down. I am a boyscout.
