Discuss girl's answer to: Book of Job

How does God answer the basic arguments put forth by Job's friends and Job himself?

I think God didn't give Job direct answers for all his questions. Or maybe He didn't answer any of them. He just wanted Job to know that He is the answer- that He has all power and authority, that Job should trust Him even when he doesn't understand what's going on, and that He is good even when all that is happening says otherwise. I actually find the conclusion and the ultimate goal in Job 42: 4, 5.

Jesus is the truth, the way, and the LIFE

I agree Girl and I think that God wants us to know that HE  knows what is good for us and HE created all things and the things that we think we understand  are very different in the realm of God's totality.  It also shows that Satan is and has always been defeated before Satan even tries to do what only GOD does and can do.  A good lesson for all of us to remember.....It is also a precursor to what GOD as Jesus has done for the world vis a vis showing us what we can have/ had ( the garden of Eden ) , then enduring hardship to understand that all good comes from God and without GOD , nothing can be.....Then we return to where we belong..back with GOD  and knowing that GOD is what gives us LIFE, true Life and knowing that we are Spiritual, not of the flesh...but we will know many realms ...and new realities...and most importantly, what true LOVE IS and to know it will never be hard for us to understand all the mysteries of GOD that will be exciting and very HOLY and TOTAL SPIRITUALITY ...again, True LOVE ...
