What does boar's head mean?

It means the cranial area and attachments on a mature, unaltered, male pig.  The north end of a grown up hog, in other words.

It's also a brand of deli meat sold in most of the country.

It's also a brand of ale sold in many liquor stores.  I expect there are other "Boar's Head" products also.
