Can't get bluetooth usb adapter to work/recognize headphones, help?

I have Arctic P311 headphones and I bought a usb bluetooth adapter for my computer (link below). When I plug it in windows installs drivers and 3 new devices appear in my control panel; hid keyboard device, hid compliant mouse and motioninjoy virtual xinput device for windows. None of these help me connect my bluetooth headset though. Any help would be much appreciated.

first you should check your Bluetooth adapter does it properly working or not? then check your devices are they connected or not ? because using USB bluetooth you can directly connect with any devices without any configuration.
