can I get off blood pressure meds ever// and how
It really depends on your medical condition and why you are taking those Meds to begin with.
Most people don't, and keep on taking them. You might be able to with a big adjustment to your life style, like changing your diet, doing sports and using natural food supplements, but only a DR. who knows your medical history and saw your blood tests results can really give you a specific answer.
Whatever you do - don't just stop the medications without talking to a DR. before, this might be dangerous.
It is also important that you discuss with your doctor any concerns you have with exercising and other medical conditions. It is possible that your doctor will give you specific exercises and activities you should do to avoid complications with existing health conditions and medications.Good luck

Two very good answers. I was able to reduce my blood pressure meds by 50% because I lost quite a bit of weight. I did this under doctor's supervision.
You will obviously need your doctors input before getting off blood pressure meds. Amongst other things your blood pressure numbers would have come down to be in a region permitting for you to come off. Even then you would need to maintain lifestyle modifications dominated by a hypertension diet with fruits and veggies to keep your blood pressure under control.
