is there a tool, software, website or service that reads my RSS from my BLOG and post it to my Livejournal, Myspace, twitter etc ?

TwitterFeed does exactly that. It reads your blog and posts to your twitter account at time intervals you specify. I'm afraid I can't help you with Myspace and Livejournal.
