Blocking an email address from any email sender while on AOL

When you pull up aol individual mail item, right click on the sender, option pops up to block mail among other things........Once in awhile it works and you can block this way (vs. Going into mail controls and entering the whole email of the sender...Pain).....But most times it does not work whatsoever. Thanks fans. Bb
