I have little black dots on my all over my ...

i have little black dots on my all over my abdomen sometimes i squeeze one of the dots and white fat and like 4-5 hairs come out and it leaves a terrible scar,it looks like to me like the hairs are growing under the skin and the hair shaft is no poking the sking through the skin looks like little black heads under sking not ill of them queeze out only some and i have to squeeze pretty hard. i had this problem sence i can remember no doctor can figure out what it is if anyone can help email me marcoexpressauto@gmail.com

that is really gross. I dont even know why i read after, "white fat and 3-4 hairs come out"

You should try a body wash containing salicylic acid to remove the dirt and oil that is building up under the skin. Also STOP squeezing them this makes it worst and spreads the bacteria making even more bumps.
