Birthday present

I've been dating this girl for 2 months and she has a birthday in a week or so. Since things aren't clear yet, I don't know what should I get her or if I should get her something at all! Ladies, help?

Yes, of course get her a gift but it should not be too expensive and not too personal.  My suggestion if she likes flowers, orchids.  They cost about $35 to $50 or so and the blossoms last for 2 months, so you get your money's worth, more so than cut flowers.

Yes, get her something. I agree with LR, nothing too personal (read: intimate) and nothing that's meant for the two of you.

Does she have any hobbies? Collect anything? If so, you might find something pertaining to that. Wrap it nice (gift bags are not fun to open) and don't forget a 'happy birthday' card!

Hi Mark ,  I also agree Yes get her a Birthday gift and again nothing to personal.    Absolutely don't forget a card , write something in it and date it . To this woman the card actually means more than the present . Good Luck !

What means the most to me is that the man paid enough attention to be able to figure out something I'd like. I always hated something that screamed "OMG, I didn't know what to get so I ran to the store and got something generic!"

You know, like a collection of bubble baths or a necklace with a heart on it (at Valentine's Day) or something of that ilk. Ugh!

Pay attention, guys ... get something that's meant for her, not something you'd give your mother or the female co-worker whose name you drew for the gift exchange!

When in doubt, I always get music. A couple of good CDs are always a nice gift.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Get her a pretty Birthday card "To someone Special"; stop by the flower shop and take her a bouquet of roses or other flowers and give them to her when you arrive to take her out to dinner at a nice restaurant.   Don't forget to call the Restaurant for reservations the day before.  That's is enough to do for a 2 month relationship.  If you feel strongly about giving her a gift, add a CD of her favorite artist.

"Life is what you make it! It takes a lot of hard work and perseverance to be successful, but is rewarding". However good or bad your situation is, it will change! Remember: God does not promise us another day, so no matter how you feel, GET UP! DRESS UP! AND SHOW UP!
