It may take a day or so since they have hundreds each day.

If the answer is written somewhere on the web, usually it will be findable.  Some questions do not have a firm answer.  Questions about antiques don't have reliable answers, and you may need an expert who charges for opinions.  Sometimes you can find something similar on Ebay, but yours may be different.
