People think I'm a little harsh on this issue. I believe if you want to live in this country then you should speak English. If you can't speak English you should not have the right to vote. Or get welfare or drivers license or social security or freakin anything. Learn english.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

QOTD,

The ballots need to be in English only. If I became a citizen of another country, I would be required to speak, read, write, and vote in that language. I thought there was a time when to become an American citizen the applicant had to learn English fluently. I guess I was wrong. Requiring English is NOT prejudism.

I don't mind multi-language ballots or multi-language ballot instructions.  If it helps an eligible voter to understand the process better, it is well worth it.  Instead of ridiculing those that are not proficient in the English language, we should be celebrating our diversity and that includes diversity in language.

English only!!!  It's costs millions of $$$ to print materials in other languages.  You're in America now, speak Englsih.  It will only help in the long run to learn our language.
