Psalm 128:4-6

4 Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord.

5 The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.

6 Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.

Grandchildren are, shall we say, a mixed blessing.  Although we delight to see our daughters give birth (and suffer The Mother's Curse) we also must realize that God has a sense of humor, and if we leave any room open for God to inflict on us the insanity that we inflicted on our parents, some very funny things are going to happen.

I suppose Bill Cosby is the real expert on families, children, and Mothers' Curses (they are truly unbreakable) but he is also the world's leading expert on grandparents.

This youtube expounds on the role of grandparents in modern society.

God is the ultimate bullshit.  He never created the Universe, or galaxies, stars, planets, and that from which we are made.  Nothing could be more obvious.
Mankind was different from all the other creatures that evolved, in that they invented such gods. That idea became popular with control freaks in search of power. 
Theists will do any hateful thing in the name of their imaginary God and play any hateful game, because theists can understand absolutely nothing beyond ignorant cult hatemongering. 
All theists suffer a ridiculous delusion that by hatemongering they can control others, yet all atheists have found is their stories have no substance and the theistic liars are nothing but a cult of thoroughly disagreeable fools.
