Both are good for getting the necessary daily vitamins you need.

A healthy relationship starts with trust and honesty and a big warm genuine smile.

I believe gummies would be better because you chew them an they would digest faster. Swallowing a pill is harder than chewable supplements for children and the gummies taste better.
