By brainstorming ideas for a few minutes.  I would try to find examples that support this topic and list them.  Air shows and astronauts come to mind to start the list.  Police officers and firefighters also come to mind.

Do you have a format you follow for the essay?

"living life dagerously helps others have fun, eperience new things and appriciate life"??

Start with a spell checker.  I know because between my poor spelling and my sloppy typing people often have trouble figuring out what I mean.  There is a spell checker built into this web site for writing in these boxes.  It is a little bluish rectangle just below, opposite the "submit" button.

However, figuring out what you think "living life dangerously" would mean in order to "help others have fun, experience new things, and appreciate life," is the key to writing a successful effort on the topic.

I was teaching a sophomore English class recently (I often substitute in every subject from A to Z) an exceptional student, in a time limited essay that had to be completed during the 50 minute class period wrote her whole essay analyzing the elements of a poem, but wrapped it in a fictional story about a girl who found it difficult to analyze poems and wished her teacher had given her a different assignment.  It wasn't perfect, but Holly (yes, that really was her name) had written possibly the best sophomore level essay I have ever read.  She was "living bold", experimenting during an essay "exam", by writing in a style she felt comfortable with handling, when she might have had trouble putting her ideas into words in a more formal analysis.  It was such a great success that I read it to her classmates before the class was over.

Try it yourself.   Don't go looking for someone else to "help" you write an essay (except for technical details or a critique of what needs improving, writing is really about RE-writing more than writing).

Good luck.
