How do you plan an effective and profitable beef & beer fundraiser?  I just found out my unborn grandchildren are mono amniotic twins making this a high-risk pregnancy with a 50% survival rate.  The insurance company says the hospital wants $4,000 upfront before my dtr-in-law can be hospitalized!  She will go in-patient at 24 or 26 weeks with the hope that she will keep the twins until 32 weeks.  She is about 10 weeks now and seeing doctors weekly.  Our family needs to raise some money to make their hospital care possible and we thought a beef and beer would be the best.  Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks,  Grammy J
