Season the meat with some garlic powder, salt and pepper and put in the cooker. Cut up some potatoes, carrots and onions and throw them in. Cover the meat about half way with beef stock. Add about 1/2 cup of red wine. Go do something for about 4-5 hours and let it cook. When it's fork tender it's done. Have plenty of bread to sop up that delicious gravy and enjoy.

Brown the seasoned meat on all sides before placing in pot.  Cover with good beef stock and allow to cook on low for 3 hours. Put root vegetables like carrots and onions in pot and continue cooking on low for 2 hours.  Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and a green vegetable like peas.
