i moved into a new apartment about a year ago and the lanlords knew it was infested with bad bugs i didn't know till i found out the hard way..anyway i'm moving out pretty soon and i was wondering if i would be able to bring my televisions,microwave and refrigerator, or will thy travel with me? i know i can't bring my furniture i'm thinking about filing sute against them for the loss of my furniture but i'm hopeing i would be able to salvage my electronics,and appliances is there anything speacial i need to do to them before i'm able to take them? anyone who knows for sure your answers are appricated

Don't file a suit. You decided to still remain in the apartment for a year. You will lose any lawsuit, because you chose to remain on the premises knowing what you did.
